Kirkbymoorside employs 130+ engineers, technicians and specialists working on mission-critical programmes for customers including BAE Systems, Lockheed Martin, Rolls-Royce and Thales.
The roles we hire for
Composite Manufacturing – Composite Operatives, Laminators, Autoclave Technicians, Assembly Technicians. Hands-on roles covering cloth cutting, layup, resin infusion, bagging, curing, trimming and assembly. Prior composites experience is valued but not essential — we train the right people.
Engineering – Design Engineers (structural, composites, stress, systems, interiors), Production Engineers, NPI Engineers. Our NADCAP-accredited engineering team designs and industrialises complex composite structures from concept through
production.
Quality & NDT – Quality Inspectors, NDT Technicians (EN4179 certified in Ultrasonic Phased Array and Bond Testing). Ensuring every part meets the exacting standards required by aerospace and defence customers.
Operations & Programmes – Production Managers, Project Managers, Supply Chain Planners, Buyers, Logistics Operatives. The people who plan, coordinate and deliver programmes on time and on budget.
